The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jernih Suksesindo (SJS) Taman Rasuna Setiabudi Apartment Area, South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples, thus the sample in this study amounted to 95 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The population in this study is employees of PT. Sinar Jernih Suksesindo (SJS) Taman Rasuna Setiabudi Apartment Area, South Jakarta and the number of saturated samples amounted to 95 respondents. The method of data collection is through questionnaires with a likert scale, observation, and literature study. The results of this study are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determinationcoefficient of 41.3% and the hypothesis test was obtained > ttable calculation or (8,093 > 1,986). Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a determinationcoefficient of 37.4% and the hypothesis test was obtained by calculating > ttable or (7,450 > 1,986). Work discipline and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.483 + 0.459X1 + 0.389X2, nii coefficient of determination was 54.4% while the remaining 45.6% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcal > Ftabel or (54,968 > 2,700).
