The Influence of Organizational Culture and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT Citra Nusantara Logistik South Tangerang

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT Citra Nusantara Logistik South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples, thus the sample in this study is 55 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The population in this study is employees of PT Citra Nusantara Logistik South Tangerang and the number of saturated samples is 55 respondents. The method of data collection is through questionnaires with a likert scale, observation, and literature study. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a determinationcoefficient of 53.5% and a hypothesis test obtained by calculating > ttable or (7.803 > 2.006). The physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance with a determinationcoefficient of 49.0% and the hypothesis test was obtained by calculating > ttable or (7.131 > 2.006). Organizational culture and physical work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 10.087 + 0.507X1 + 0.292X 2, nii coefficient of determination was 59.4% while the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcal > Ftable or (38.028 > 3.18).
