The Influence of TATO and ROA on NPM at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2024 Period

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of TATO and ROA on NPM in PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2024 Period. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 11 years, namely the financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2024 Period. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The population in this study is financial statements in the form of panels totaling 11 years. Methods of data collection observation, documentation and literature study. The result of this study is that TATO has a significant negative effect on NPM as evidenced by hypothesis tests obtained t count > t table or (-4.880 > 2.364). ROA has a significant effect on NPM as evidenced by hypothesis tests obtained t count > t table or (3,930 > 2,364). TATO and ROA simultaneously had a significant effect on NPM with regression equations Y = 0.095 + 1.117X1 - 0.110X2, nand the determination coefficient was 90.6% while the remaining 9.4% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained an F value calculated > F table or (38.742 > 3.59).
