This study aims to analyze employee competency development strategies through Occupational Safety and Health (K3) training and certification organized by PT Aksa Daya Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of company documents. The results of the study show that the implementation of K3 training in companies has been systematically designed through the stages of identifying needs, preparing the curriculum, selecting training methods (online, offline, and hybrid), to continuous evaluation. The main challenges found include limited participant time, resistance to training, and limited costs for some of the company's clients. To overcome these challenges, PT Aksa Daya Indonesia implements innovative strategies such as the use of hybrid methods, cost subsidies, and the use of Teman K3 application technology in the learning process. K3 training and certification have been proven to have a positive impact on improving knowledge, changing work behavior, and increasing compliance with safety procedures. This research provides recommendations for improvement for companies in an effort to strengthen the effectiveness of K3 training programs and improve human resource competencies.
