The Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Work Performance at PT. Concretindo Citra Sarana in Tangerang

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee work performance at PT. Concretindo Citra Sarana in Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, which was as many as 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee work performance with a determinationcoefficient of 47.0% and the hypothesis test was obtained t calculated > t table or (7.759 > 1.995). Work discipline had a significant effect on employee work performance with a determination coefficient value of 46.3% and hypothesis test obtained t > t table or (7,658 > 1,995). The work environment and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work performance with a regression equation of Y = 8.875 + 0.378X1 + 0.417X2. The value of the determination coefficient was 60.5% while the remaining 39.5% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of F calculated > F table or (51.389 > 2.740).
