The manufacturing and agro-industrial sector in Indonesia are experiencing significant transformation in an increasingly competitive global era, with a major challenge being the effective and productive management of human resources. PT Delta Pinang Mas is a leading agro-industrial company in Tangerang Regency engaged in palm oil production with high operational complexity, requiring experienced employees who can work harmoniously in teams. This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience and team work on employee performance at PT Delta Pinang Mas using a quantitative research methodology with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consists of 120 permanent employees selected through stratified random sampling techniques, covering various job levels from operational to managerial. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation). The results show that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.542 (t-statistic = 5.234, p<0.05), indicating that each increase in one year of work experience is associated with an increase in performance score of 0.542 points on a scale of 100. Team work also shows a positive and significant effect on performance with a coefficient of 0.478 (t-statistic = 4.876, p<0.05), demonstrating that better team collaboration contributes significantly to improving individual employee performance. The overall regression model is highly significant with F-statistic value of 45.234 (p<0.001) and Adjusted R² of 0.623, indicating that work experience and team work together are able to explain 62.3 percent of the variation in employee performance.
