Abstract

Academic productivity is a key indicator of student success in the educational process. However, many students, especially at the elementary and secondary levels, still have difficulty managing time effectively due to procrastination habits, lack of activity planning, and excessive use of social media. This Community Service activity (PKM) was carried out at the Khazanah Kebajikan Foundation, Tangerang, with the aim of improving students' understanding and skills in managing time efficiently and in a planned manner. The training method used includes counseling, daily schedule preparation training, interactive discussions, time management practice mentoring, and motivation and evaluation sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of time management concepts (55% à 85%), daily learning discipline (60% à 87%), ability to compile activity priorities (52% à 83%), and learning motivation (58% à 89%). These findings confirm that a structured training approach has an effective contribution in shaping students' disciplined, responsible, and self-directed learning character.
