Entrepreneurial spirit is one of the important competencies that need to be developed from an early age, especially among vocational school students who are prepared to enter the world of work and industry. This community service activity was carried out at the Prosperous Community Development Foundation (YPMS) South Tangerang with the aim of strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of vocational school students through Human Resource Management (HR) education. This program is motivated by the low understanding of students on business management, especially in the aspect of human resource management which is the main foundation for the success of a business. The implementation method used is direct delivery of material (interactive lectures), group discussions, and post-tests as evaluation instruments. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the basic concepts of human resource management, workforce planning, motivation, and leadership in the context of entrepreneurship. In addition, there is an increase in students' interest and confidence to start a business independently after participating in this program. This service program makes a real contribution in forming a generation of young entrepreneurs who are resilient, adaptive, and ready to compete in the digital era.
